This 2010 report by the Community Research Institute, Johnson Center for Philanthropy at Grand Valley State University in collaboration with the Council of Michigan Foundations and the Diversity in Philanthropy Project undertook an analysis of organizational policies of 11 foundations. The purpose of this examination was to look at policies and practices of foundations and their commitment to diversity and inclusion.
