This 2012 report by the Social Policy Research Associates provides a summary of findings and lessons learned from the California Endowment (TCE) capacity building for minority‐led organizations project. The evaluation focused on understanding the outcomes of TCE’s investment in strengthening minority‐led organizations, as well as learning about successful strategies of capacity building and leadership development utilized by intermediary funders.
